How I work
& Pricing

Firstly, much of the work I do can be accessed free of charge through my workshops for various charities. You can find the full list here.

First consultation £90 (60 minutes)

(Zoom)

In preparation for your first consultation, you will be sent a health and nutrition questionnaire which includes a 4 day food diary for you to complete.  Forms should be submitted at least 48 hours before your first appointment.

You will be asked about your current health concerns and goals, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment already received, medical history, family history, lifestyle, levels of physical activity, stress, use of medication and supplements.

Appointments are available for children, but under 16's must be accompanied by a Guardian.

It may also be helpful to attach any recent blood tests.  Some common tests that can be carried out with your GP that I am often interested in include:

1. HbA1C (a measure of how well you’ve managed blood sugar over 3 months)

2. C-Reactive protein

3. Iron

4. Folic acid

5. B12

6. Vitamin D

7. TSH/Free T4

8. Cholesterol

If these tests have already been carried out, results can really inform the first consultation.

I will review your health profile (and any existing tests) before this session, and during the consultation we will then explore your health history, food diary, diagnosis, and symptoms in more detail.  After your session you will receive a report with all your diet, lifestyle, and supplement advice within 2 days.

This will also include any recommended testing that may assist with treatment and help you understand the root cause of your symptoms.

I will follow-up with a 15-minute support review between 7-14 days. One session may be all you need to reassure you and set you on your way.

Subsequent consultations £70 (45 minutes). Zoom.

Bust just like getting fit, nutrition is not ‘one and done’.  Your path to wellness is likely to need more than one consultation.  We may need to review test results, adjust your programme, try different paths, conduct further tests etc.  You may have a lot of questions once you get started.  You may need hand holding if changes feel difficult.  Follow-ups are usually scheduled at 4 weeks or on the return of test results. However, because your journey is individual to you, precise timescales will be agreed together.

If you would like additional support on your existing plan before your next review, you can book a 15 Minute Interim Consultation.

Additional 15-minute interim support checks £25.

Please note that I require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation of appointments. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time are charged at the full consultation rate.
